Fathers’ Custody Rights in National News

Dad’s custody rights are in the news.

For those of you who enjoyed our blog post from earlier this week about fathers’ child custody rights, we want to draw your attention to a story that aired on NPR’s Morning Edition yesterday.  Some states have enacted laws that create a presumption in favor of equally shared physical custody, and more states are considering similar proposals.
